My name is Francois and I am more than happy to host you in my luxury farmhouse.
On my very first visit to Slovenia, I fell in love with this old typical Slovenian farm, La ferme Francej, named after the previous owner, stunned by its unique landscape surrounding mountain paths running through the farm. The property fell apart due to lack of maintenance for years, but the charm of its traditional mountainous farm structure encouraged my imagination to create a typical, warm renovation with modern comforts while maintaining its original structure.

ABOUT THE FARMHOUSE
This place will make you feel at home.
La Ferme Francej was carefully renovated from an old historic barn and farmhouse, built more than 300 years ago. The renovation took 3 years respecting the old base and structure of the building, combining modern living standards with a charming mountain wooden chalet style. The coziness of the rooms and wooden elements give this house a special character. The property of 300 m2 offers stunning undisturbed views to Triglav summit, the mountains of Julian Alps range and the forest and fields.
The holiday home provides 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 seperate living areas on two different levels, a small indoor cozy wooden cabane, bed linen, towels, 2 flat-screen TV's, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with the possibility of hiring a private chef, and an outside terrace with a firepit.
The third floor offers a separate living area with children's corner and children’s beds, perfect for a separated family area and a double bed room. Also on the 3rd floor our suite, large bedroom with private balcony and free mountain views.
The indoor spa is equipped with a large hot tub, a sauna and an open shower decorated with rich stone walls.
